My child cannot sign in
Your child signs in with their own email and password, not yours. After consent, use Sign in as your child on your dashboard, or sign out and sign in with their details.
I did not get the confirmation email
Check the Promotions or Spam folder in Gmail. It comes from Stride and can take a few minutes.
